Perhaps I just wanted to improve the taste of the pure spirit and make it a healthier drink.

Yes, I see the irony in a healthy alcohol. However, traditional alcohol based homemade remedies have been employed and enjoyed responsibly for ages.

Through homemade experimentation with fruits, herbs, and berries, I developed my own approach of steeping based on traditional European practices and created both aperitifs and after dinner drinks.

I tried them out on my family and friends. The response was overwhelming: the locally sourced natural ingredients appealed to health-conscious individuals and the flavours made for easy drinking. Everyone encouraged me to start a commercial product.

My plans came to fruition when friends referred me to Scott - the owner of MadLab distillery. I’m really thankful to Scott for sharing his experience and facilities to help bring my products to the market.

This is a whole family project. We divided our roles according to our strengths between production, distribution, administration and marketing. All our family is dedicated to high quality in all areas of this business and customers’ satisfaction.
