1 tbsp pickles juice with dill

20 ml dark Rum

20 ml Spiced Euphoria

10 ml lime juice

10 ml Almond syrup or

Amaretto to make it less sweet

IRONY MANHATTAN

1 oz Rum

1 oz Spiced Euphoria

1 oz Cranberry Euphoria

2 oz Orange juice

Ice

TOKYO IRONY MARY

2 oz Booster Shot #6E

2 oz Sake

½ cup Tomato juice

1 tsp Mirin

½ tsp Japanese Soy sauce

Black pepper optional

Ice cubes

Mix all ingredients, stir well

Serve in tall glass with celery stick

PENICILLIN BOOSTER

45 ml Canadian Whisky

15 ml Booster Shot #6E

15 ml Chocolate liqueur NOT dairy based

5 ml simple honey syrup

15 ml lime juice

Ice

OTHER BASES:

ITALIAN SPELL

2 oz Aronia Euphoria

2 oz Borsci S. Marzano liqueur

1 oz fresh lemon juice

Ice

CRANBERRY or ARONIA SPRITZ

1 fl. oz (30 ml) Cranberry Euphoria or

Aronia Euphoria

2 fl. oz (60 ml) fresh orange juice

2 fl. oz (60 ml) Prosecco

Sparkling water

Orange twist or slice for garnish

Fill a 12-oz glass ¾ full of ice, add Cranberry Euphoria

Carefully pour orange juice into glass over the back of a spoon to help with layering. Add Prosecco, pouring softly over the back of a spoon. Top with a splash of sparkling water

Garnish with an orange twist or slice.

CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

3 fl. oz sparkling wine / Prosecco

1 fl. oz Aronia, Cranberry, or Spiced Euphoria

Pour the Euphoria to the bottom of a champagne glass and top it with a sparkling wine
